• You are on a budget. While it may be one of the affordable MacBooks, it may still be quite expensive if you are n a tight budget. The MacBook Air with the M1 chip may be a good budget option.
• You want high graphical performance. If you are into a serious graphics performance, the MacBook Pro M1 may not achieve the task as it relies heavily on the integrated graphics.

However, if you are upgrading from the previous generation of MacBook Pro, this may be the right one you would want to go with. It does promise a huge performance and lives up to the claims.
