While three people are hospitalized one woman is shot dead at a synagogue outside San Diego, California.
The wire was opened by a white man at Chabad of Poway on worshippers using an AR-type assault weapon told by County Sheriff William Gore.
To report the shooting, a 19-year old suspect informed the police and The California Highway Patrol Officer subsequently arrest him, as told by San Diego Chief David Nisleit.
Without any incident, the suspect has been arrested, when he came out of his car with his hands up.
While the people who were taken to Palomar Medical Center for the injuries due to the shooting are reported to be in stable condition, the woman dies due to the injuries caused. The victims include a young girl and two adult men.
The suspect was armed heavily and tried to run away from the crime scene. He was also wearing tactical gear but the police took him into the custody in time. This attack has been treated as the anti-semitic hate crime.
Steve Vaus mentioned about the shooter that he hated in his heart towards the Jewish community. The incident took place at 7:30 PM UK as Jewish sunbath services were conducted at synagogue.
This synagogue was founded in 1986 by Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein, who was also caught up in this shooting.
As a matter of precaution, the officers have dispatched to other places of worship.
A week ago, an interfaith gathering was conducted to find common grounds. So, this incident happened just a week later, after Easter.
