Three giant network providers have considerably failed to offer a reliable network to their clients and a satisfactory level of customer service in the UK. The virtual network operator Giffgaff bagged the first position with its impressive recent performance while O2, Vodafone and EE were listed in the bottom three of the list.
Despite charging higher prices as compared to the smaller rivals, the three biggest mobile operators are failed to impress their customers in the UK.
Parameters for mobile network ranking in 2019
Factors such as the value for money and customer service were included to rate the various mobile networks by 6,135 members in a survey conducted in February 2019.
Vodafone received the worst rating of 1-star for its lagging customer service, technical support and value for money. About 20% of Vodafone customers mentioned the poor customer support, value for money and customer complaint handling by the Vodafone, pulling it down to the last in the list.
About 25% criticized for its poor rewards and incentives while 14% voted against its poor technical support.
According to the customers, EE, the largest network provided in the UK is also ranked worst as per the customer ratings. Only 25% of the EE customer received reliable customer support and 50% claimed to have good customer services and ease of contact.
As far as value for money is concerned, even the O2 customers are dissatisfied but the company has overwhelmed its customers with rewards and incentives offered.
So, who is topping the Chart? Smaller networks!
Most of the networks involved in the survey were smaller virtual networks which are considerably rated higher by the customers.
Giffgaff, Utility Warehouse, and Plusnet Mobile are the three top network providers which ranked highest in this customer survey. Most of the Giffgaff customers are relatively satisfied with the excellent services, good value of money and would recommend it to their family and friends.
Even the average monthly cost of these SIM-only, as well as the contract deals for Galaxy S10 and iPhone XS, is lower by 31% as compared to the giant service providers like Vodafone, EE, Three, and O2.
