Earlier the Samsung galaxy Fold ‘s release was delayed to solve severe problems with its display and which forced retailers as well as carriers to cancel all preorders that they had taken.
Now the good news is that Samsung has assured the world that phone will be launching soon and the Smartphone is just around the corner. However, a Samsung Display executive reportedly confirms at an industry conference regarding the returning of the device.
Kim Seong-Cheol, Samsung Electronics Display Vice President, supposed on 18th June at an event held in Seoul by the Korean Information Display Society ‘ most of the display problems have been ironed out and it has been fixed.’
Though Kim is not an employee of Samsung Electronics but is the firm’s display manufacturing arm and is being worked very closely along with Fold team to confirm the matter.
However, he has not confirmed the date yet, but we can still in confidence and can assume that Samsung Galaxy Fold is ready to hit the market very soon. We also hope that all the display problems would be ironed.
This new Samsung Galaxy Fold is not only the company’s foldable device but is also the first major Smartphone vendor. It will come with a 4.6-inch exterior display, and it unfolds to veal a 7.3-inch screen which is just a bit smaller than 7.9 iPad mini.
The company was forced to delay the April premier when it found some problems in the display as the breaking interior display with little effort. It was discovered that the gap amid the hinge was too big and which permit debris to get in and to cause problems when the phone is folded.
Since then, it was working to improve the durability of the device counting sealing against the debris.
