Intel’s 2nd-gen Xeon Scalable processors launched

In California in Data-centric Innovation day held in Santa Clara Intel Company inaugurated a wide variety of products that claim to reflect the high security provided to the data contents of the potential users. The newly launched products that will assist the users to move, store, and process a wide range of data that will also support heavy workloads stored in cloud memory and is equipped with AI and the latest 5G system.

Although Intel established its name by building one of the best computer processors was touted to shift its focus from PC-centric to the data-centric zone has clutched the attention of the potential clients with its CPUs that mainly targets the corporate and enterprise fields. Amidst the announcement of the 2nd-Generation Intel Xeon Scalable CPUs, more than 50 new processors were also launched by the company.

Even with such a big announcements made by the processor producing giant, the focus remained on the 56-core, 12 memory channel by Intel Xeon Platinum 9200 under whose flagship the new Xeon Scalable CPU has been introduced to the market. When the new-gen is to be compared to the conventional ones, there is an average gain of 1.33 times the performance. The newly introduced CPU by Intel is incorporated with a very interesting feature that is Intel Deep Learning Boost technology.
